How to Auto Resize Picture on Forum

Hi guys i Want to add auto image resizer (if so called)...

I have a problem when someone posts a bit larger picture as it goes out of border. Check out:

I want some mod or whatever to resize it automaticaly to fit on my forums width

you know phpbb has a forum with plenty of mods and they are FREE!

so why not look there? not hard.
