how do I block surten files from being put on my server ?

today I cot 2 dif users running "UDP Unicorn.exe"
DoS (Denial of Service) utility

I want to block it from ever being used on my servers
I thought maybe I could use Microsoft Security Essentials
and have it auto deleted
but I can't find a place to add bad file names

thanks but that wont work for me
im running an RDP server
there is not http access to try and control

in antivirus programme right click.exe u want to block access and block it...

or add "UDP Unicorn.exe" in blacklist,, that's all I know
