How can i improve my blog???

My Blogs added in my signature, i feel like it needs a lot of improvement as me and the blog both are newbies, plz suggest and point out the facts and areas where i have to put more attention.

1. get a shared hosting plan for like 1$ per month or something...free things suck
2. shift to wordpress
3. get an adult/porn theme instead of a plain one

can start sayin lots of stuff but i think its better to take baby steps instead of tryin to run top speed.

if u need further help then i guess i can teach u some stuff...atleast as much as i know...but dont have free time now...exams for a month
