How Can I Change URL Links In Wordpress ??

I have a wordpress blog, the problem is that all my links have this sequence:

blog.com/?p=2085

I´ve seen many blogs that the URL includes category and the name of the post, example:

blog.com/downloads/thor-2011-dvdrip/

How can I convert the first URL (p=2085) into the second URL (thor-2011) ??

(I have more than 100 entries in the blog, I don´t know if this affect or if I need to create again that entries)

Hope that someone help me :)

i suggest not to change if you have lots of visitors, it happened to me that few months back i changed the premalink url. Unfortunately most of my visitors was having 404 errors while making searches or had made bookmarks

Yes, that´s the problem that I found when I tried to change permalinks, everytime that I entered with the new url, it appears me a 404 error (thanks to Mark96 and Duckbre anyway :))

So, if you say that I will face errors with 404, it´s better to continue with the original URL, thanks to all, rep added :)
 
install Platinum SEO plugin and change the url structure... :) all the old links will be 301 redirected to the new structure... you will not get a 404 error this way..

and make sure you tick this option in the plugin settings

if your category slugs are intact..its okay to change the permalinks ....moreover url like blog.com/?p=2085 are less likely to get indexed...
