I have i7 920 with 4 cores and 8Gb of RAM, but if 3 people RAR/UNRAR at the same time, the server is on high load already.

But in theory you will have never 20-30 people on your server at the same time. Unless you stuff 100 people on a server.

Note: This post was made in reply to Justice90's question about 4Gb of RAM but he removed that reference.
