I checked your account, Seems like you are uploading with PPD 1 Plan, so upload file size is 2048 MB for free users, But no worries, your account has been upgraded.
You can also try PPD 2 and upload up to 6gb per file for free.

Depends on your strategy and your traffic, both can be good,
If you have high traffic and good content you need to choose PPS.
If you don't want sales, you can choose PPD

Depends on your traffic, we can't give higher rates for 10 or 20 downloads daily.
