Help regarding Multiposter

Hi,

I don't know if this is the right place to post this matter. I think I have been scammed by Jeyfella. I had purchased a multiposter and the transaction was legal and I have all the required details. Suddenly extreemcoderz banned me saying that I have shared my MU. The fact is that I have never used MP since a longtime and now using it at my home and workplace which have different IPs. I am still using these IPs.

When I go to my hometown, I use the MP and when I am at my workplace, I also use it. Even I just changed my ISP from Airtel to MTNL. Now when I am asking for an explaination and unban, he is not responding at all. I have pmed him many times but no action has been taken and nor a single reply made.

I think it is a scam to sell the product and bar the buyer to use it without any explanation or valid reason. I am ready to go under any investigation for sharing the MP. What I need is give my Multiposter back as I am the legal owner and I have never shared it with anyone. I hope the admin and moderators will help me to get my MP back.

I can provide any proof of legality and my IPs if asked to do so.

I know why I am banned but If I have two places to work, then it is not illegal. If I am spending 9 hours at my workplace, I can use the MP there. And when I go to my hometown on leave, I have a lot of time to use the MP. then why it is not legal. I have not shared it with anybody. I am the user.
 
I think this needs to addressed by Jayfella directly as it is his development.

PM him at Extremecoderz and here.

Give him chance to respond.
 
Create a support ticket in his site, most of the times he is not online here.

So you can reach him by support ticket.
 
So if someone does not have static ip what is gonna happen??the most important thing he must do is to allow 3-4 ips.BUT as the program logs in with serial in the server then he can make it to check the serial and blog the simultaneous use..
 
I pmed him numerous times and several days before and even yesterday and he has logged in yesterday but never replied. I will create a support ticket on his site. I posted it here coz he is not at all helpful to his sellers and he is promoting his product here.
 
Trust me, He Won't respond! The same thing happened to me =/

Just forget it and get another membership (You might lose it as well) or use another poster.

EC rules is fking stupid as their staff <_<
 
Yes, it is like you sell a product and stop the user to use it by conveying stupid and unethical rules. If a person has a laptop and a desktop and have a wireless broadband, then he/she can never use a MP as the IP is dynamic for the wireless broadband.

I have locked a ticket on their site. Let us see what happens.
