Help me optimizing W3 Total Cache

I'm using W3 Total Cache (used WP super cache and switch to W3 last week). Today I found a problem. Some posts on page 2 not appear (Only admin can see it). I delete all cache then everything is OK. All visitors can see it now. I think I did something wrong with W3.
Please help me to optimize W3. Thank you so much !!!

use quick cache... w3 is known to have some issues and was backdoored too i believe
