Help Me. -- Header Logo

Hi.

Ok. If you go to wmafia.com you will see a very simple and boring logo. Can any one make another one for me. Below are two download links. 1 is the flash version (I prefer) and the another is the picture version. Please add a logo if you can. And provide a PSD. Try to make the flash one.. I don't even have a flash editor at the moment. Please help me.
