Help in Webmoney New account, I can not get any SMS from them

I made a new account in Webmoney site, All went ok but until now i could not get any Code via SMS for verification process for the new account:

In order to transfer funds to other users, to withdraw from the system, make purchases and pay for mobile communication, Internet and other services, you need to specify your mobile phone number»

so i can not use my account for anything until i get that code??right?

how to solve this problem? and how to send support ticket to the site?
