I'm usually a lurker on most forums, but for some inexplicable reason something (the voices in my head ... argh why won't they go away!) caused me to actually register here and post this thread. I think it's because I'm not easily impressed, but this forum has impressed me already despite being a lurker for only a few days. I've learnt so much! 
I'm mostly a programmer-type person, so I don't currently own any web sites, but recently I've been entertaining this idea of putting up a few websites that are in my area of interests. Hope to do so soon.
So yeah, just wanted to drop in and say hello to you all. Keep doing what you're doing. I hope to learn more stuff around here and maybe do a bit of contributing myself!
