You don't have malware you have spyware. Should MBAM not find it I can help you remove it. It should have installed itself in firefox, go to addons and see if its there: Playsushi If its not in addons check your add/remove programs for it.

That's one epic malware though, should report it to the ad company as well, this way they'll disable the publisher ID for illegal use.
