I don`t know the owners of these file hosts but I always notice that UploadRocket and RockFile seem to get plenty of positive feedback from affiliates in the official support section and they offer decent PPD rates.

I have a good one for PPD, contact me by MP and I will tell you about it, I have been trying it for 3 days and results are good. The rates are reasonable, they have $25/1000 for above 100 Mb for group A as an example, they count all countries, with different rates of course, it can go up to $40/1000.
