budget around 100-150$
hdd should be 2tb or more (or SSD) havent decided what to go for yet, small ssd or bigger hdd space.

location: EU - NOT OVH
bw: atleast 15tb upload/month

or if u know any nice place with 10gbit with ssd shared server.
