Its not as simple as it sounds because most of the webmasters just remove your link because they think your comments do not add to the value of the forum.
How to do it?
Register on a forum. Edit your siggy and place your link with the anchor tag in your siggy. You may like to add some random quote in the siggy so it looks like you're not registered for spamming.
Now all of us know the home page PR is not the PR for all the webpages of the site. Every single page has its own PR.
With a bit of experimentation and hit & trials, I have come up with some method to extract high pr pages from these forums.
This method can be used over and over again, because there are millions of forums out there and billions of topics are created everyday.
I am not sharing the technique as of now but here is a list of topics where you may like to comment and gain some boost.
I was able to extract these URLs in around 10 mins.
I'll be updating this list frequently so it should help all of you.
PS: I am not sure how many of the forums are dofollow and how many allow siggys. But mostly forums are dofollow and allow siggy.
