&PLZZ ANY ONE HELP ME HOW TO AVOID THIS PROBLEM

Looking at that error you're receiving normally this is caused by your account not having the correct chown permission it seems like one part of your account is owned by someone else in the another part is owned by you. You would need to contact your hosting provider tell them to run the following command below via SSH.

chown -R yourusername:yourusername /home/yourusername/public_html

Make sure to replace yourusername with your actually username
