What's not allowed is child pornography.
Adult pornographic content is legal. Yes, it's allowed.

First of all, not only is it not allowed, but it's illegal in most countries.

Copyright mafias are usually the ones who upload files with child pornography to attack file servers.
 
I know, child porn is a no go. Just asked for adult nudes etc. because in the terms it says: Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive images or videos are prohibited

First things first. Move to a dmca ignored webhosting and server like those russian and chinese ones. Those are expensive but you can afford it.

Second move whitelisted uploaders to those domain(s)

Third speed up the process by enabling voluntary whitelisting signups.

Quite possibly rates/downloads did not drop except due to redundant files due to the domain mess.
