anyone know a good storage host my external as died for saving my movies to my computer so now i need a online storage for my own use only and they illegal movies but they wont be shared

my budget is $2 as it just for my use

$2 for storing your files? I am afraid that is a ridiculous budget for file storage. Even services like Dropbox will cost you more than that.

If you need free service use Mediafire, I have files stored there since 2007, they don't remove your files unless there is a compliant, but you need to split your files as the maximum files size is 200 mb, i think.
For paid service , you need to increase your budget, or buy a vps with large storage.

Yeah you should try filestreamers.com they offer unlimited free file storage and you can upload any size file online using their service but you are required to use there uploading software client called Easy uploads to upload your files online to their server.
