we all aware of phishing, so its not big deal & also we know Paypal TOS
whoever is doing this, he must be a kid & will take care of it }:-)

If anybody got this kind of mail, then dont forget to move it to Spam

It's their asiatic website.

PayPal is SG based if u dont know.
You can always find real PayPal website from its EV Certificate.
 
Don't go through the hyperlink and just copy and paste the url in your browser and do as it says.

Otherwise....

Check email headers.

Yes! offcourse I noticed it. Paypal is a Singapore based company and thats the reason it comes from paypal.com.sg.
.com.sg is a singapore domain just like co.uk is for UK and co.in is for India.
Now you understand why the hell its paypal.com.sg ?

The best way to find if a website is scam or not, is to go with their SSL certificate.

Usually all the banking websites have EV (Extended Validation) Certificates which are given out after manually verifying their business and company documents. So always look for that green bar that shows the company name before logging in ;)
