you can buy directly using ovh.com no problem here. all country opened.
 
It's sad to see this happen to such good people ... in reality they were looking for place to trust instead they got something defrauded.. when you can't go to the source your self you expect the the people whom resell pay the bills however thats not always the case.. this guy should just face the music !! If I can help anyone here let me know I'd be happy to help

PayPal sided with me and refunded my 47 EUR, So i suggest everyone makes a claim they should get their money back. I linked to this thread in the PayPal evidence section.
