Hello mate,

It would be easier to find a VPS here, which is located in either france or the UK.

They are somewhat cheap but then you need your own cpanel license.

Yes I know but 15-20€ for a cPanel license.. <_<
With a reseller plan it's cheaper. I will see, maybe I will buy a Directadmin license.
You have some links for buy VPS in france or uk ?
