Forum?

Hey,

I'm just wondering should I start a forum? As many of you know, I'm
an uploader with a blog - currently receiving around 3.5k UVs per day.
I'm planning on working on my site as much as possible over the weekend
optimising SEO, and I'll probably code/port a new skin. So after that, I should be receiving more.
For uploaders, I could do a forum guest section, but post the topics I'm submitting on the front page (As I intend to keep the front page blogged style). So do you think it is worth my time starting a new forum?

Pros:
You build a community and get to know your members
More flexibilty in terms of Skinning
The Blog-> forum posts is easy, there's plugins for it.

Cons:
Forums are more work - Lots of time is often spent dealing with the above members.
Forum software is expensive
