Is there any philippine people here? I would like to be partner with you. I am an uploader to a warez site.

symbianize.com
I will be the head moderator, I will manage to the postings, adding categories, etc.
You will provide the forum and the domain.
The people who will target to this is from the philippines only.
The niche of the forum is: mobile, software, games, movies, anime, buy and sell, web and internet, and more interesting topics.
If you are not from the philippines that's ok just provide the forum
