No thats not how you make money of domains ! 15 $ is kinda high for a fresh domain with a pr of "0" and a domain old of "Unable to Determine" by http://www.webconfs.com/domain-age.php

Dude, just get a refund lol. I know godaddy allows you to refund any new domain purchase within 5 days from the purchase date.
