My Project is get four different information of user like his bank record,medical,educational, personnel record and utilities bank record and user access theses information through swamping card.
for example user go to the doctor as a patient for checkup...and doctor swap his card and doctor will get the display of his medical record easily and if doctor proscribe any medicine then this prescription will store in this card. so doctor enter that information in his card and that information is also update in his medical record and store in server or database.
and if user wants to check his status then we will make a profile of that user ,he can check his own information..
my first module is registration or u can say that card generation
we get four different information from user and we will enter that information in our database. if we click finish button then automatically generate a unique number or random number that they will link into the card and that number store in our database but in encrypted form and 3rd party cannot access this.but that number not repeat in next time.
my 2nd module is medical record.
in this module doctor is the admin and patient is a user and patient come to the doctor for checkup and doctor enter his present
condition of record. but he can see his past medical record through card and he will enter his present record.
My 3rd module is bank record.
in this module bank employ is the admin and user as a customer he will come to the employee that employee enter his transaction information.or create a new account for customer and that information is store in server or database.
My 4th module is educational record
educational employee enter student Present information in database and also update it. and that admin cal also check his previous educational information.
In web development
we will also going to make a web based user profile where card holder can see
his/her information stored on that card(education,medical,bank, employment,
personnel).This profile will be secured using a password.
our development tool is visual studio C#, Windows form, Microsoft sql server 2008
for web php or MySQL server.
