Pay Per Download (PPD)

* The PPD is based on 1000 downloads.
* Multiple downloads/views are counted per IP address within 24 hours.
* Downloads/Views are not counted if the user is Premium.

Affiliation Rules and Conditions
You need to join the Affiliation program from My Account page.
We pay for the files starting from 3MB.
Manipulating or cheating the system in anyway is prohibited.
Multiple accounts is prohibited and immediately ban without warning.
Delete your files when you request payment is prohibited.
If you delete your files you delete the earnings of these files.
Dividing big files (more than 1GB) in multiple small files (50MB or less) is prohibited.
Uploading "fake" files (without real content) is prohibited.
Only complete downloads are counted.
Downloads are not counted if the user is Premium.
Visitors need to accept cookies and have javascript enabled (for download tracking).
We count up to 10 downloads every 24 hours per IP address (used periodically).
We don't allow adult content / porn on our service.
We don't count the downloads from your own account.
Your uploads must honor our General Conditions of Use.
Download stats are usually live but could be delayed up to 24 hours.
We delete files if we receive an complaint (this include DMCA requests).

Affiliation Payment Policy
We pay for ALL countries using a tiering system.
Our minimum payout is 10 €.

We will send your payment after your request, the 11th and the 25th of each month (a delay may be required in some cases).

1) You are right, initially we didn't want to count the mobile views because there was no advertisements on mobile therefore no gains but we've changed this, the mobile views will be counted after few minutes.

2) At the moment this is not possible, but you can bypass the conversion by creating a archive (.rar, .zip etc..) with your video inside before the upload.

I don't know if you speak of embed code for the files or for the videos, but we have also an embed code for the files.

About of Remote Uploading we have repaired it but for now the progession bar is not functional, you can send your files, simply wait to be redirected to the page with the links generated even if the progress bar remains at 0 and the upload speed indicated is 0 Kb/s, we will correct it as soon as possible.

Purchasing the subscriptions with Bitcoins is still not available, this is due to the same problem as the Remote Uploading and as we have said we will correct it as soon as possible.

About of downloads speed : up to 500 Kb/s for Visitors, up to 1000 Kb/s for Members and Unlimited for Premium.

About of rates, to be transparent, if we are not 100% sure of the rates and they need to be tested, this is by what we use mainly ads that pay to CPL (it requires for example that one of our users signup on one of websites of the ads for we touch the money) so the income is not guaranteed to 100% for us, we need to be careful for not to be loss.

Now we have fixed this by replacing some CPL ads by CPM ads for guarantee a minimum income and we can count multiple downloads/views !

We have also improve our program PPD / PPV :

Multiple downloads/views are counted per IP address within 24 hours.
You can earn up to 1 € per IP address within 24 hours.

We have remove the bonus of 10% for the Webmaster because for our ad networks if we give you money for your websites, they can be assimilate to affiliated websites and if you have illegal material on your websites we can have problems and for now we can't add your websites manually (after have checked their contents).

The bonus of 10% for the Affiliates is always available.

About of Tiers, now with multiple views from the same IP, you can earn a lot of money if you have multiple contents (this is certainly the case for most of you) and the tiers are mainly calculated by how we can monetize the traffic this is why we have no intentions to change the tiers for the moment.

We have understood your feedbacks about of too many advertisements, on the downloads pages there are more than two popups in all and a few banners that should not be interfered with navigation, for the popups on the videos come from the embed player so they are always the same number regardless of the page and we reduced them by half.

About of Adblock, a lot of people use it, it would be risky for us to do nothing against it because if too many people block ads we lose some of the gains, what we cannot afford because we need to paid the affiliates and it's even more important now that we are paying for multiple views. To be honest, personally I use Adblock me too but as I've said, do nothing would be risking by what now, I pay for multiple downloads/views, paid the affiliates is our priority and the aim is not to pay at loss.

For the viruses on the websites who use ad networks, you are right, I can't assure you that there is no viruses because the ads change and this is not us who choose the ads, but now with a good browser at days such as Firefox, this unlikely of have a virus simply by visiting a website or clicking on an advertisement. Most of the known viruses try to passed for updates of Java or Flash or for an anti-virus that nobody knows, if the user downloads on an unknown website that openned it on a popups, that's his fault, it must always use the official websites for the updates and not the websites like imvirus.dl.me.

If the problems for the ads is only the risk of viruses, I just say that : In most of cases, the most devastating virus for a computer is what lies between the chair and the keyboard.

I understand that some websites or forums block the FileHosts that use anti-adblock and that you can't change their rules. So OK, we listen you and we try, we remove the anti-adblock but If we lost too much money (by paying at loss the affiliates for downloads/views because a too big percentage of users use adblock), we will reinstall the anti-adblock, we don't want losing our business due to few sites that blocks the FileHosts that use an anti-adblock, i'm sure that you can understand this. And for now, we can't afford to pay at loss, we don't have money to loss especially with future investments we intend to do for develop our FileHost, I hope sincerely that this test will be a success, note that our goal is not to flooded you with advertisements, but only to earn enough money to pay you and to keep alive our website (this is for a good cause )).

If you have a 403 error when you try to download files or watch videos, this is certainly because you are using a Proxy. Use a Proxy for downloading files or watching videos in most cases is useless due to their slow but they are useful for cheaters or hackers, this is why we have blocked the proxies for downloading files and watching videos.

Note that the speed for downloads and streaming will improve soon, we intend to increase the bandwidth and use a relay network for minimal latency and therefore a better loading time for streaming anywhere in the world.

We are always at your service if you have any suggestions (who are realistic) but know that we certainly cannot satisfy everyone and we can need time to put the suggestions accepted into practice.

Then I can only assure you that the only customers you will have will mostly be nOObs that don't know any better, as those that do know better are nearly all using adblock these days. I'm not a nOOb but I won't disable adblock to view your site & because of that I can't verify if a link is alive or not, therefore in part the filehost is not worth the hassle of allowing it. Plus most if not all forums/blogs will try to protect their members (nOObs or otherwise) from any possible harm that may come from adverts etc hence why it is banned on my forum.
