FILEFACTORY Date of birth error ??!!

Hi,

I tried to put my payment info in the payout info page in filefactory and they ask me to put my birth date but when I try to put my birth date I get always this message

any one have this problem ??

you must specify the date of birth which you used to create your account

I don't remember exactly what Ive specified but I created a new account with a new date of birth and still the same problem !!
