Welll i dont understand why ppd rates down :)
Why all filehosts doing such things which is ridiculous
I can understand if you down 20% or 30% down but like this this is not acceptable and this is for all filehosts not for fikper :)

if you want to give ppd atleast give some hope to uploaders otherwise close ppd :
