Multiple mirros (8-10 would be awesome)
Fast upload times. Should provide the content minutes after it has been pre'd.
Professional posting templates. Sometimes it looks very unprofessional. A custom template for each category and the template should be used every single time a new item is posted. Same size on the images etc. It's just basic stuff really, but it is rather important and it's a nice "feature" to have proper text/information/images/links. You name it.
