Fatal error: Out of memory Problem

Hello

I have Just migrat to a new VPS and I now get this error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 7602176) (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/techwdin/public_html/xxxx.com/wp-includes/rewrite.php on line 1112

I set memory_limit to 812M and I have 1Gb Ram
Can Anyone help me fix it plaese

Did you restart your vps after you made the php.ini change ? 7602176 bytes is only 7.25 mb and 4864 is only 4.75 kb

So it sounds like the settings you have applied have not taken effect.

yes I did restart it twice. anyway I contacted support & they fixed it for me somehow
