I need very fast signups before 29th February. So, please post your offer here. My budget is $10, so please mention how many sign-ups will I get?

Rules:
1) I will pay you after all the signups (within 48 hours) - Don't worry, I will pay you
2) The signups has to be before 29th February, 2012.
3) PM me and I will tell you which site I am looking sign-ups for.

If this requires selling or trading accounts then the thread is not allowed, what do you need 'sign-ups' for? You are being quite vague.
