Firstly..

Servers are located out of Germany at "OVH GmbH"

They are located in France. Not Germany.

Search on WHT for OVH's network. They own one of the worlds worst and congested networks ever. Ecatel and DediBox rank rather better.

Infact most networks offering unmetered services in France and Germany suck.
