Does Dropshipping Work?

I been looking at starting a dropshipping website for months now.

I just don't know whether i believe they work?

And whats off products would you say are best to sell?

I can get my hands on Adult Products, Supplements and Nutrition or Clothing, or what would you suggest.

In my eyes "dropshipping" is just a fancy term for affiliate selling. That works if you know how to do it. In the bottom line, it's sales.
