does a network speed affect by cpu over clocking?

i just have a little question...when cpu loading to 100%...does it slow the download and upload speed of the network?? thank you

answer to your question... mostly yes .......
the network upload ./ download speed also depends upon the Read/Write speed of your HardDIsk

if your HD is too buzy then your download speed will also get slowed!!

When your cpu is overloaded then your hardware does not respond meaning your hdd cannot be read.

Making it not readable to the internet or just very slow.
