I do hit the gym 5-6 times a week, benchpress around 100 - 110 Kg , dead lift around 90kg, been doing it for 3 years now![]()
/im piss poor when it comes to legs coz I rarely do them, the max I caould probablly squat is 1 20Kg plate on each side.Yes I know I should be doing legs every week as well lol.No squats? =)
So the above explains why my legs are so week.Lisvo, either you are lying or your back/legs are really week.
