I do hit the gym 5-6 times a week, benchpress around 100 - 110 Kg , dead lift around 90kg, been doing it for 3 years now ;)
 
Bechpress, Squats and Deadlifts are 3 most important exercises, they build a lot of muscle and support testosterone production like crazy.

Lisvo, either you are lying or your back/legs are really week.
