DNS issue with my VPS?

So i got my details for my Host gator VPS yesterday and I am trying to set my DNS to the appropriate ones that were given to me in the email.

my domain is a domain i purchased about a week or two ago from 1and1.com

so we'll just say my domain is haydenforever.com

the dns host gator gave me for the vps was

ns1.micahsin.com
and ns2.micahsin.com

When I type that into the Control panel of 1and1, under neath the first nameserver it has this

The name server is not sufficient or hasn't been approved.Subdomains of the original domainname as name servers for the original domainname need a fixed IP! Please refer to the FAQ (keyword: Glue domain)!

SOs i can't even set up my domain to even use my VPS. what can i do to fix this?

Try to contact both hosting to solve your problem

i had the same problem it was cause of my browser...weird i know...some bug with 1and1's website

try internet explorer...worked for me

what your control panel us at VPS..if kloxo you must map ip address to your domain
