I was looking over the Fiverr gigs for DMOZ submission but it's hard to gauge the success as the buyer's seem to have given reviews based on the speed of the submission rather than whether or not the site was accepted. I was wondering if anybody knows of a decent service with regard to getting listed on DMOZ? I know it doesn't have the impact it used to but still seems like it's worth going for.

I would manually submit to get a DMOZ listing. Theres never any guarantee that you can get listed even if you outsource it.

In the overall scheme of things I feel as though DMOZ has lost a lot of the weight that it once had. For me personally, if I don't get a DMOZ listing then its no big deal.. just something that would've good to have but not mandatory.

You will never find it on Fiverr.. . or any where else.
DMOZ editors would lose their position if they 'sold or traded' listings.

I'm lucky to be an editor, but it's too bad it's not in the adult categories. :p

^^Doubt it.

groogruxking4, just manually submit.

When faced with hundreds of submissions, editors tend to pick out submissions that they can process quickly. They often will add submissions that are obviously well written and follow the guidelines. If your title, description, grammar and category are wrong your application has a better chance of being put aside. Don't worry, someone will look at it, eventually.
