Default domain change

Im planning to change my default domain name to a new one , my host ask me 80$ , its really strange ..

I resume what they said :

For the price, We'll charge you 50$ for this job.
The Domain will not be included. Deluxe Domain registration costs 30$ more. (with everything included).
So its 80$. Let me know if you wish to proceed.
It totally depends on the work. The Sql part needs to be edited. I cant say much about it but if you're looking for quality work many charge 60$ per HOUR. I dont know if you find someone for 10$ but if something goes wrong, you're in a trouble.
I just want to say it depends on the quality and amount of work. We make sure everything goes perfect when we do something else we generally dont. I hope you undestand.

LOL? To register a new domain is $9. To transfer is usually free.

Go to http://www.godaddy.com/ and buy what you wish , then edit it to the name servers of ultimatehoster.

Try to remove name servers of your current domain, you should redirect it to your new domain name.

It isn't hard job.
