DedicatedRDP.com Is not a good one

In this post let me tell you about www.dedicatedrdp.com. they started garbing money from their clients. I recently purchase US-A01 Plan from them and they suspend it without any warning and reasons. i tried for three days to contact them via live support and support ticket, they did not respond yet.
Today, The man on live support refuse to give me any information. here is the image of the chat as well

Hi, first of all sorry we got you upset but you got us upset first. You shouldn't have used our server for doing your spam jobs. Your IP was found on http://www.spamhaus.org/ . IPs found in spamhaus are given 3 strikes before posted on that list. If you read more about what spamhaus has to say, we did what we needed to do. It doesn't matter whether you log on to your server very least, that doesn't mean you didn't spam using our server.
