Dedicated server with storage up to 500 MB

Hi.

I would like to ask about dedicated servers but i have never used this before.

I am using RDP now.

But what i want is to have admin rights so that i can install programs that i want without having to wait when RDP support will see my messages for installing program

I need storage about 300-500 GB.

Is there servers with such storage where i can have admin rights? I am asking because i think that dedicated servers are usually of huge storage like 2 TB etc

And since my budget is not that high for such storage i was wondering if i can find server with storage 300-500 MB where i can have admin rights.

Or maybe VPS. All i want is admin rights in order not to lose time until support will reply to me.
