Get a neat skin which isn't with all sorts of bull shit, followed by a real logo, and a favicon.

Fix the ******** url you have next to the Katz button a little above the footer btw.

And your little DMCA message doesn't have to be there, you can always have a page with a real one, but if you want to have something included in the footer, add something short like:

-TBH your current logo is horrible and you definitely need a new one
-the DDL button you have is awkwardly placed
-Get a new skin, the one you have is terrible and I mean terrible
