Sounds like utter bollocks, can you show me a link? How do you manage 25$ CPM to users whilst still being profitable?
EDIT: It's 25$ CPM for greenland only, USA comes in with 16$ so already deceptive advertising from day 1.
I tested the link, complete cancer. So maybe the cpm is realistic because it takes an hour to go through a link.
