Creating a website

Hello to all.

I want to create a web and I think I will use a CMS.My idea is to make a table with the downloads of the web.Is there a plug-in/extension for Wordpress or Joomla to make tables???

And if someone have a personal web, what do you use to create it???

If your making a ddl just use wcddl or something of the sort that uses tables basically with downloads.

It is very customizable

Personally I dont like DDL webs.The idea is to create a table with only the downloads of my own site.
