Couldn't connect to at port 80

Hello

I have VPS and WHM on it

I install rapidleech and i get this :

Couldn't connect to  at port 80

when i try download something from RS.com

Safe mode: Off

pls tell me how to fix this 8-)

someone told me that i should unlock prt 80, but i don't know how to do that
btw. this is private RL.

Do you have a firewall of some type installed/configured/running? If so, try disabling it and see if you're able to connect.
