I have uploaded many files in filesonic. Some of them were reomte uploaded from fileserve , wupload , rapidshare.

Now all files are usually copyrighted.

i want to know thatif i don't share my files to anyone on internet

then will my files get deleted or not

Because there may smilar files names files which are shared by other users and that may be deleted.

i think filesonic is only having one copy of same files.

So will my files gets deleted if i dont share

bro if u privately share them then your files wont be deleted ... if u share them publicly then those will be deleted by copyright ... secondly if u remote upload from another host then u should change md5 hash of the file .. else your files will be also deleted if the original files from where u leeched get deleted ... i dont know whether this is applicable on different hosts .. but this works on same hosts files ...

It might be deleted. As I know, Rar files have unique id which called MD5. When an MD5 is on blacklist, your .rar file with the same MD5 will be deleted too.

Note that I am newbie.

how can i chnage md5 hash. I mean can i change while file is still on filesonic.

Is ther eis better way to save those files.

I have felt that by the time i want to download files , those gets deleted , so i wanted to first save them to my FS account so that i can download later

Is there any safe way to save the leechd files

  • Different companies sends DMCA complaints for removal of links to filehost
  • Filehost enters the links md5 hash in there database and deletes original files
  • Next time any of the file is uploaded, it is automatically deleted if its hash is equal to the one in the database at specific intervals
  • All filehosts have different database and different time of checking md5 of files so links at some fileshost gets deleted sooner/later
Thatz how it goes or a similar process

but can u say how to change in md5 in rar with any softwares?

but how to change md5 in fsc
You can't directly change md5 of a file
You need to add a byte to the file to change its hash. Different uploading tools/scripts like sBorg , phpUploader has ability to change md5 hashes of file automatically

As stated above, hash is changed by adding a single byte to the original file.
There are many different tools available to do so.

One of them is: http://www.wjunction.com/64-webmaster-resources/100396-mass-md5-hash-changer-v1-0-a.html

You can even add any other file to the rar like any extra link or password protect the archive to change hash too

Filesonic has 30 days file store time from last download...If you are free user...your files will be deleted if they are not downloaded any single time in 30 days period.
If premium...you don't have to worry about it.

You don't have to change md5 rar file name if you only packed it in rar...

Here is md5 changer tool

but even if ur premium they will delete dmca files

I am changing Md5 with a button of my rapidleech server and i also add another small file (e.g a text file with "thanks"), but my files still get deleted.
I also tried something else once. I was cropping the last secs of a movie at the end where we see the actors names etc...
My files were deleted even then.
I think that if someone reports your files, they will get deleted for dmca reason no matter if you change md5 or add another small file.
