Confused about what service I need, please help

My Download/Upload speed is slow. I have 600 GB of data with a filehost that allows remote uploading incoming but not outgoing. I need a service that I can use to download my files, temporarily store them and then upload them to another filehost.

How can I accomplish this? I do not mind paying for reliable service but I do not need it yearly, after I have transferred the 600 GB of files I have no wish to store them elsewhere except my local HDD.

Very simple!
You should go with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
You can find some good RDP provider at WJ.

Tell your host to do that, if they don't allow access to RDP.
