Why am I getting suspended when I use Tor and try to purchase a VPS? I also attempted to contact support but received no response. If you are privacy-friendly, why am I unable to create an account using a VPN or Tor?

Hello.

You are allowed to use TOR or VPN to create an account. You aren't getting suspended, probably your order is cancelled.

What's happening could be:
  • Your VPN have Bad IP Reputation in Anti-Fraud Databases due to Abuses
  • Using TOR is pretty common that Anti-Fraud filters blocks the order automatically due to Suspicious or Fraud order
  • The history of IP in Blacklists
  • Your Email maybe is listed in any Anti-Fraud Database

What you can do?
Ask if they can unlock the order manually and that you are using VPN and you aren't doing anything illegal.
Use other VPN or maybe Public Network or Residential Proxies
Pay with Crypto

We highly recommend you open a ticket support and tell all details and we will check. We always answer through ticket.
Also please provide your ticket id or your invoice id or your email of Alexhost account (we don't know who you are).
