Hiring Coder for Image upload applet [Aedes.us]

Looking for someone to code for my a desktop upload applet for my imagehosting aedes.us (which is using chevereto 2.0)
My site dont have user accounts, so this should save some time (and money).

how do you want this program to be made?

a screenshot program to take a SS of the page then upload that SS to your website kinda like screensnapr?

if all your wanting is to take a SS of the entire page then upload to your website then i will do it for 20$.

Also If you can do something like this: http://www.wjunction.com/64-webmast...magehosts-|-watermark-|-resize-much-more.html (But just for my website & not watermarking) or something like screensnapr---- with it you can take screenshot of the desktop with a combination of keys to directly upload it to my site and copy the image link to the clipboard (all in the background).

if possible i'd prefer to have it from my website only, i mean I have to put the applet on my website and let the users download it and let them use it to upload on my website only. if you can do it, well, its ok.
