CMS For Educational Website

i am working on a project to start a educational website. I want to know which cms will be good for it and from where i can get the templates for it .

i have to also keep the website mobile friendly.

the main content on the website will be articles, question papers (in .pdf format for download) and our own videos (will be embedded from our youtube account)
