There are few: Blekko, Backlinkwatch (free), Ahref, Moz.com has opensiteexplorer or what and my favourite one: Majesticseo.com.

There are many websites which helps you to check backlinks of your websites. But most of them are paid, you can use trial version but after checking few results you must have to use premium/paid account. Backlinkwatch, Ahref are very useful tool to check the backlinks of your website.
